Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United and Nuno’s Wolverhampton Wanderers have been linked with Benfica star Anderson Talisca in the summer transfer window.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have been linked with a move for Benfica star Anderson Talisca, but they could be fighting a losing battle, with Premier League giants Manchester United and Liverpool also reported to be interested in the 24-year-old, who has spent the past two seasons on loan at Turkish giants Besiktas.

In April, Fotomac reported of Wolves’ interest in the 24-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a forward, while The Daily Mail has recently claimed of interest in the Brazilian attacker from Manchester United and Liverpool.

According to The Times, the Brazil Under-23 international is rated at £35 million and United manager Jose Mourinho has sent scouts to watch the former Bahia attacker in action.

United and Liverpool are giants of English football, while Wolves were playing in the Championship this past season.

The Wanderers may well be able to afford the £35m that Benfica would (reportedly) want for Talisca – who scored 14 goals and provided seven assists in 31 Super Lig starts for Besiktas this past campaign, according to WhoScored – the lure of playing for United or Liverpool, challenging for the Premier League and competing in the Champions League could be too tempting for the attacker.
