Swansea City and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Santiago Arias from PSV Eindhoven in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported by the British tabloid that Swansea manager Paul Clement is pushing to close a £12 million deal for the 25-year-old right-back.
The report has also credited Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur with interest in the Colombia international.

The Sun has claimed that Tottenham are considering making a bid for Arias, but the defender is now open to joining Welsh outfit Swansea.
Arias is a good and established right-back, and the Colombian would be a good signing for the Swans. The former Sporting Lisbon man would be a good addition to the Tottenham squad as well.

With Kyle Walker gone to Manchester City, Spurs do need to sign a right-back as a replacement in the summer transfer window.
Arias may not be as good as Walker at the moment, but for £12m he would be a smart signing for Spurs.
However, it seems that it is Swansea, who are fourth favourites to get relegated from the Premier League at the end of the season with odds of 13/8 on bet365.com, who are taking the initiative.
