Graeme Murty’s Glasgow Rangers reportedly want to bring Jordan Jones to Ibrox, and Burnley are linked as well.

Rangers have been linked with a move for Jordan Jones of Kilmarnock. According to a report in The Sunday Post last month, Rangers are interested in signing the midfielder in the January transfer window, with Burnley and Norwich City in England also claimed to be tracking his progress this season.
Jones is a very good midfielder, and given that he is 23 years of age, the Northern Ireland international would be a very good signing for Rangers, not just for now but in the long run.

However, according to The Mirror (Transfer live blog, 11:02, Sunday, January 7, 2018), Rangers have had a bid of £500,000 for the 23-year-old turned down.
It has also been reported that Burnley, who are doing well in the Premier League at the moment, are considering making a £1 million offer for the former Middlesbrough prospect.

Burnley, whose home ground Turf Moor has a capacity of 21,401, are reportedly open to offering twice more than what Rangers did, and perhaps the Gers could miss out on the signing of Jones to the Clarets.
