According to the Scottish Herald an unnamed Premier League side want Celtic’s Tom Rogic, and that must raise questions whether Leicester City are in for the midfielder.

Celtic are braced for offers for Rogic, with Zenit St Petersburg keen on the Australian international.

However, the Bhoys also know that there is interest from one top flight English club in the playmaker, who is valued at £15 million.

The Sydney Morning Herald reported earlier this summer that Leicester were interested in the Celtic man, and it could be that they are the club set to make a move.

Celtic are expected to receive an offer for Rogic in the coming days, although it remains to be seen whether it will be accepted.

Brendan Rodgers was a big fan of Rogic during his time at Parkhead, so it would not be a shock to see that Leicester were behind the bid.

Whether Celtic would entertain offers from Rodgers for their player remains to be seen.

But Leicester do have the financial strength to buy Celtic’s key stars, and it could be a concern that Rogic may depart this summer now.
