Tottenham hammered Stoke 5-1 at the Wembley Stadium in London in the Premier League.
It was one of Spurs’ best performances of the season, as the Potters were blown away by Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Tottenham legend Ardiles was following the match, and he was pleased with the win for the North London outfit.
The former Argentina international, who won the World Cup in 1978, has also picked three Spurs players for praise.
Ardiles was impressed with the performances of Son Heung-min, Harry Winks and Erik Lamela.
Stoke’s performances this season have been very disappointing, and the Potters are in danger of going down to the Championship at the end of the season.
Tottenham were always going to win against Mark Hughes’s team, but the fans should still be impressed with the performance of the players, especially in the second half.
