Nottingham Forest's Apostolos Vellios celebrates scoring their first goal

Apostolos Vellios, Damien Perquis and Matty Cash are amongst the Nottingham Forest players who have reacted positively on Twitter, after picking up a draw against Aston Villa.

Forest managed to collect a point from Villa Park, after scoring a late equaliser through Henri Lansbury.

The goal cued wild celebrations from Phillipe Montanier’s side, and many of Forest’s first-team were keen to point out the team spirit in the camp at the moment.

Forest went into the season under a backdrop of uncertainty off the field, but they have made a fairly positive start.

The Reds were put on the back foot by Villa for much of the contest, but two glorious goals earned them a share of the spoils.

Vellios first slammed in a long range shot from distance, before Lansbury curled home their second of the match in the closing stages.
