Jamie O’Hara told talkSPORT that Tottenham only have three leaders – Harry Kane, Hugo Lloris and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Tottenham dropped yet more points over the weekend when they recorded a 2-2 draw against Newcastle.
Even though Spurs were in the lead, at one stage, they still managed to shoot themselves in the foot once again from a defensive standpoint.
O’Hara made it clear that he doesn’t like the lack of responsibility and leadership in this Tottenham side.
“It’s very easy to always blame Jose Mourinho,” said O’Hara. “But the players need to be held accountable.
“You saw that. There is no leadership in the Spurs team. Lloris is the captain, but he’s in goal. Harry Kane’s up front doing his thing. Without him, I don’t know where we would be.
“Apart from them two players, Hojbjerg, as well maybe, apart from that there are no leaders in the dressing room.
“There’s no one taking the game by the scruff of the neck. There is no-one shouting or screaming.”

At the end of the day, the buck will stop at Jose Mourinho’s door even though he has been dealt a bad hand and this Tottenham side isn’t good enough.
Mauricio Pochettino was sacked for a reason and these same players will probably lead Mourinho down the same path.
Lack of real investment from the top, both when Pochettino was in charge and now under Mourinho is hurting the club and it will only result in one thing and one thing only. The club going backwards.
