Both strikers scored for Leeds United in a friendly on Saturday.

Speaking to LUTV, new Leeds United striker is hopeful that he can form a goal-laden partnership with Chris Wood in the Championship this season.
The 25-year-old marksman, a £2 million summer signing from Kalmar, stroked Leeds ahead after six minutes of Saturday’s 3-0 win away to Republic of Ireland side Shamrock Rovers.

Before the break, Wood coolly converted a penalty, before Antonsson completed his brace in the second half by nodding home from close range.
It was only a friendly, but the many Leeds fan in attendance will be pleased to see both of their strikers among the goals yesterday, and the Swedish hitman believes that could be a regular feature even in competitive outings by noting that their partnership can be “really good”.

“Yeah it’s getting better and better,” he told LUTV. “Chris is a good guy off the pitch as well and I fit good with him. So I think that can be really good this season.”
It was Leeds’ second pre-season win on the bounce, having beaten Shelbourne 2-1 on Wednesday night.
Their competitive campaign gets underway on August 7 when Garry Monk’s side visit Queens Park Rangers.
New boss Monk will need his new boy to enjoy a quick transition to English football.
If Leeds’ promotion prospects aren’t very promising a few months into the season then few would be surprised to see the former Swansea City manager depart.
