Antonio Conte has claimed that Tottenham duo Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski make them ‘more complete’, as he told Football London.
Tottenham recorded a 2-0 win over Brighton on Wednesday night and Conte stated that it is ‘great’ that their January signings have settled in so quickly.
From his eight Premier League games, Kulusevski has supplied four assists and scored two goals, including supplying the assist for Cristian Romero’s deflected opening goal last night.
Whilst Tottenham have also found another hard-hitting and dominant player to run their midfield, as Bentancur did against Brighton.
Both players impressed Conte again, as he lauded their qualities and shared what he likes about them after those much-needed three points last night.
“It is very difficult to speak about the single player because the whole team played a good game,” said Conte.
“To see Bentancur and Deki go into the team so quickly is great for us. I said to you after these two signings that we are more complete. We needed a player like Rodrigo.
“Kulusevski is showing to be a fantastic prospect, he is 22 years old. You can see that he is strong physically, good talent, they are helping us a lot.”

Someone like Kulusevski has probably gone under the radar since his January loan move from Juventus.
The Sweden international has been one of the top performers since swapping Turin for London.
Everything in his game suggests that he was made for the Premier League, from the manner in which he carries the ball, protects the ball, the strength in his game and the ability to go either way.
Then it’s the fact that the Juventus loanee has a sweet left-foot that can cause the opposition problems at all times.
All in all, Conte has proven that if he is backed, with the players that he wants, then he can push Spurs forward.
