The forward scored from close range, ensuring a memorable start to his Gunners career after his record breaking move from Lyon.

Lacazette’s goal drew praise from international teammate Antoine Griezmann, who reacted on Twitter to laud his pal.
Lacazette was so nearly set to be playing alongside Griezmann at club level, with the striker ready to join Atletico Madrid before the club’s transfer ban.
This of course ensured Griezmann stayed rather than deciding to move to Manchester United, although Lacazette’s arrival might just have helped him stay put.
Now if the duo do decide they want to play together for their club, their best bet is for Arsene Wenger to try and temp Griezmann to The Emirates next summer.
