Anthony Gordon signed a first pro deal with Everton this month.

Everton talent Anthony Gordon has told the club’s official website that it was a dream for him and his family to sign a professional contract with his boyhood club.
The 18-year-old attacker put pen to paper on his first pro deal with the Toffees a little earlier this month, signing until 2022.
The Goodison Park side have plenty of history when it comes to developing young talent, with Ross Barkley and Wayne Rooney two of the biggest players to come through the academy over the past two decades.
“I love it here. I always have, I’m a Scouser! The Club has shown over the years how they produce quality homegrown players,” he told Everton’s official website.
“They have shown great belief in me, too, and that’s where I get my confidence from. It’s a great place for young players.
“To sign this contract… it’s like a goal completed. It’s all I have wanted since I was a kid and, for all my hard work to have paid off, it means the world to me and my family.”
Gordon has dazzled in Everton’s Under-23 side this season under David Unsworth and the future seems promising for the dynamic forward.
In fact, he has already made his senior debut for the Toffees after making a second-half appearance in a Europa League game away to Apollon Limassol under Sam Allardyce.
Such is his promise, Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have both been credited with an interest [The Echo].
