Antenucci scored 19 goals in 40 games in Serie B last season, finishing as fifth top scorer and guiding Ternana to safety, prompting the Umbrian side to buy out the remaining 50 percent of his rights from Catania for an undisclosed fee.
That sum is considerably less than the £1.2 million that had been previously suggested in the press.
Leeds had initially seemed to want a loan move rather than a permanent purchase, but the current valuation appears to be a decent bargain.
