Some Leeds United fans have been impressed by the goal that Sam Greenwood scored for the England Under-19 side against the Arsenal Under-23 team at the weekend.
Leeds striker Greenwood lined up for the England Under-19s against the Arsenal Under-23s on Saturday.
The England Under-19s won the match 6-1, and Greenwood scored one of the goals, as shown in the video below.
It was a superb goal from the 19-year-old, as the teenager controlled a pass inside the box and curled home the ball.
Greenwood joined Leeds from Arsenal in the summer of 2020 and has been doing well for the Whites’ Under-23 side this season.
The teenager made his debut for the Leeds senior side in the FA Cup in January 2021, but he has yet to play in the Premier League.

Greenwood is only 19 and is far from the finished article, but if he continues to do well in the youth team and on international duty with the England Under-19, then he will get his chance under Marcelo Bielsa.
Some Leeds fans were impressed by Greenwood’s goal at the weekend and have praised him on Twitter.
