Some Wolves fans on social media have been drooling over Vitinha’s performance against West Brom on Monday evening.
The Black Country derby was, as ever, an exhilarating affair, and while Wolves didn’t come away with the win, their performance was certainly solid against the Baggies.
Nuno Espirito Santo experimented a little bit with his starting XI for this one, handing a rare opportunity to Vitinha, and it’s fair to say he took his chance.
The midfielder ran the show, he looked like a mature player who’s been starring at this level for years, and Wolves fans were quick to appreciate just how well he had played.
One Wolves fan even remarked that they were annoyed about how well Vitinha had played because he looked as though he was the player they’ve been missing all season, and we can’t help but agree.
Hopefully, the Midlands club make his loan move a permanent one and we can see more of his brilliance next season.
