Everton are reportedly making a move for Tosin Adarabioyo.
According to the Daily Mail, Manchester City are set to lose defender Tosin Adarabioyo after talks over a new contract with the club stalled – and Everton are poised to pounce.
Adarabioyo, 19, was born in Manchester and has come up through the ranks with City, having joined the club at the age of just five.

A 6ft 5in centre back, Adarabioyo is a dominant physical presence, and whilst he’s been impressing in the ranks at the Etihad Stadium, he’s been starved of first-team football.
With just four first-team appearances for City – none of which have come in the Premier League – Adarabioyo’s path to the first team has been blocked so far.

Now, the defender is entering the final six months of his contract, and the Daily Mail report that talks over signing a new deal with City have stalled, meaning he could leave his hometown club.
It’s stated that Everton are now prepared to make a concrete offer to sign Adarabioyo before this month’s transfer deadline, with Ronald Koeman seemingly keen to add a young centre back to his ranks.
After the news broke, City fans took to Twitter to react, and it’s fair to stay they’re unhappy, with many believing that he’s good enough to have been given a chance in Pep Guardiola’s side, particularly given that City have struggled defensively this season.
Others pleaded with Adarabioyo to stay, and think that his departure would be inexcusable, whilst suggesting that Everton would be making a superb signing and simultaneously hoping that City can buy him back in the future if he does leave.
