Manchester City face some big decisions this summer, as a new striker may be needed – but there are decisions to make at left back too.
Benjamin Mendy has stagnated or even regressed, Oleksandr Zinchenko is little more than a depth option and Joao Cancelo is more at home on the right.
Pep Guardiola and co may look to bring in a new left back this summer, but they must also make a decision on Angelino.
Re-signed from PSV Eindhoven in 2019, Angelino played just 12 games for City last season before being loaned to RB Leipzig.
The Bundesliga side renewed his loan last summer, and the 24-year-old has been sensational going forward with eight goals and eight assists in 25 games this season.
Leipzig will turn the move permanent this summer, but City do have a buy-back clause in that deal, seemingly hinting that they do still see a future for Angelino at the Etihad Stadium.
Barcelona are keen though according to SPORT, meaning there are big decisions to be made over the Spaniard this summer.

Right now though, Angelino is featuring in a Leipzig side that have won just once in the last four league games, and were beaten 3-2 at lowly Mainz on Saturday.
Angelino played 90 minutes in that game, and has now taken to Instagram to send a pointed message, stating ‘If I’m the problem let me go’, with a grinning face and a football emoji.
It’s unclear just what Angelino is referring to, but his cryptic message has left City fans hoping that he is unhappy at Leipzig and wants to come back to the club this summer.
