Tottenham Hotspur defender Danny Rose would be a good signing for Manchester United or Liverpool, suggests Andy Townsend.

The former Chelsea midfielder also said that the England international left-back would be a good recruitment for Manchester United.
Townsend said about Rose on the Drive show on talkSPORT on Thursday evening (5:58pm, December 7, 2017): “I think Danny’s ready now for a fresh challenge.
“He would be perfect at, I think, United. I think he would also be an incredible signing for Liverpool as well, I really do, if he wants that sort of challenge.”

Rose is one of the best defenders in the Premier League and is now fully fit, having recovered from a long-term injury.
The 27-year-old left-back is not guaranteed a place in the Spurs starting lineup, and it seems that the England international will have to convince manager Mauricio Pochettino to re-establish himself in the first team.
It is hard to see Tottenham sell Rose in the January transfer window, but things could change next summer.

In an extensive interview with The Sun back in August, the former Leeds United prospect suggested that he feels undervalued at Spurs and hinted at a move away from the North London outfit.
According to The Sun, Manchester United are interested in signing Rose from Tottenham.
