West Ham United are set to meet Swansea City a the Liberty Stadium on Boxing Day.
Andy Townsend has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, which was broadcast on TalkSPORT on 22nd December, that he believes West Ham United will pile further misery on to Swansea City on Boxing Day.
West Ham are due to meet Swansea at the Liberty Stadium, as they look to pick up their third victory in succession.
The Hammers have not been convincing in either of their last two matches – against Burnley and Hull City – but they have picked up maximum points.

And Townsend believes that playing away from the London Stadium may actually be beneficial to the Hammers.
“That’s an intriguing one, as intriguing as any on the day,” Townsend said, when asked to predict Swansea’s match with West Ham. “They might be better on their travels West Ham, I think they’ll win.”

If West Ham can pick up the three points, they will put further distance between themselves and the relegation zone.
The Hammers are currently in 13th place in the Premier League table, following their recent run of good results.
Swansea, meanwhile, are badly struggling and need three points to start getting back on track.
The Swans are sat in 19th spot in the top flight standings, after a terrible run of form.
