Glasgow Rangers midfielder Josh Windass has been linked with moves away from Ibrox, with Cardiff City and Burnley reported to be interested in the Gers’ midfielder.

Accrington Stanley chairman Andy Holt has suggested on social networking site Twitter that it would be great for Rangers midfielder Josh Windass if he moves to Cardiff City or Burnley in the summer transfer window.
Windass has been on the books of Rangers officially since the summer of 2016 – he signed a pre-contract with the Ibrox club in January 2016 when he was still at Stanley.
According to The Scottish Sun, Premier League duo Cardiff and Burnley want to secure the services of the 24-year-old midfielder in the summer transfer window on a £3 million deal.
Stanley chairman Holt has given his reaction to the rumour that Windass could be leaving Rangers for Cardiff or Burnley in the Premier League.

Windass has been playing well for Rangers this season and is an important player in the current Gers’ team.
The midfielder has scored 12 goals and provided eight assists in 30 Scottish Premiership appearances for the Glasgow giants this campaign, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
It will be interesting to see how the Gers react should they get an offer for the midfielder in the summer transfer window, and whether or not the player himself would be open to the idea of leaving Ibrox for good.
