Sean Longstaff played well for Newcastle United against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday.

Longstaff featured for Newcastle in their Premier League match against Wolves away from home at the Molineux Stadium on Monday evening.
The 21-year-old midfielder started the game and played for the entire 90 minutes, as it ended in a 1-1 draw.
According to WhoScored, Longstaff took one shot, had a pass accuracy of 80.8%, took 71 touches, and made six tackles, one interception and one clearance.
The youngster was arguably the best player for Newcastle, and his calm and composed performance in the middle of the pitch was very mature.
Hinchcliffe was the co-commentator for the match on Sky Sports, and he was impressed with the performance of Longstaff.

“What a mature performance in such an important position in front of your back-three,” Hinchcliffe said about Longstaff on Sky Sports Main Event on Monday night (9:46pm, February 11, 2019).
“He has done every bit asked of him, he has passed the ball well, he has been competitive, he has been up against some really experienced quality players in that Wolves midfield, and he has been outstanding.”
Relegation fight
