Rangers will host Kilmarnock in the Scottish Cup on Wednesday night.

Rangers ace Andy Halliday has honestly stated that he would want to prove Steven Gerrard ‘wrong’ if he were to criticise him after a match.
The 27-year-old shared that he would react in the same manner to any negative comments he would receive from friends, family or the media.
All of this comes on the back of Gerrard being highly critical about his team and players after their goalless draw against St Johnstone in the Premiership over the weekend, as reported by BBC Sport.
Ahead of their Scottish Cup replay against Kilmarnock on Wednesday night, Halliday spoke openly about Gerrard’s recent comments.
“Like the gaffer says about black and white truth,” said Halliday, as quoted by the Evening Times. “I know if the gaffer gives me criticism after the weekend, or the media or my friends and family, I can’t wait until the next game to prove you wrong.”.
The result and performance at the weekend was a body blow for Gerrard and his ambitions to catch Premiership leaders Celtic in the title race – the Bhoys now hold an eight-point lead on their rivals.

For their last two matches, they have been without star striker Alfredo Morelos, who now return to action against Steve Clarke’s men at Ibrox.
A positive result and performance here will ensure that Rangers remain on course in winning their first piece of silverware under Gerrard, who is in his first season as a manager.
But there is no doubt that Celtic will want to put a stop to that as they aim to clinch a remarkable treble treble under Gerrard’s former Liverpool boss, Brendan Rodgers.
