Newcastle United will take on Everton at St. James’ Park in the Premier League this evening.

Andy Gray has predicted on Paddypower.com that Everton will win against Newcastle United away from home this evening.

Newcastle will take on Everton at St. James’ Park in the Premier League, and Gray has backed the Toffees to register a 2-1 victory.

“Everton have only won two league games in their last ten which is extraordinary when you think how positive everyone has been about them,” the former Everton striker has written on Paddypower.com.

“They’re actually struggling. They’ve drawn too many games and they’re not winning enough but Newcastle are a big doubt for me. I think Everton will give a good performance and win 2-1.

A footnote added: “Andy’s Bet: Everton to win 2-1 at 8/1.”

Newcastle are in good form at the moment and have collected seven points from their last three Premier League matches.

After winning 2-0 against Liverpool at St. James’ Park at the start of the month, Steve McClaren’s side got the better of Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 away from home at White Hart Lane in North London.

The Magpies were held to a 1-1 draw by fellow relegation candidates Aston Villa at home last weekend.

Everton are struggling for form and for points at the moment and will head into Saturday’s match on the back of a 3-2 defeat to Leicester City at Goodison Park.

The Toffees have not won a single Premier League game this month, but they will be confident of picking up all three points against Newcastle.
