The West Yorkshire outfit played out a goalless draw with QPR at Elland Road in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Former Leeds midfielder Couzens, who is 41 years of age, has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon, hosts Leeds had 63% of the possession, took six shots of which none was on target, and earned six corners, according to BBC Sport.
Visitors QPR had just 37% of the possession, took 13 shots of which three were on target, and earned five corners, according to BBC Sport.
Leeds are fourth in the Championship table at the moment with 66 points from 37 matches.
Garry Monk’s side will return to action next weekend when they take on Brighton & Hove Albion at Elland Road in the league.
The Whites will be looking to pick up at least a point from the encounter against automatic promotion-chasing Brighton.
