The Leeds United gem is seriously impressing in League One.

Andy Butler has revealed to The Doncaster Free Press that sometimes Leeds United gem Mallik Wilks needs a ‘kick up the backside’.
Wilks has been a revelation for Doncaster Rovers since joining on loan from Leeds.
The 20-year-old has netted 16 goals for Rovers in all competitions and has netted superb solo goals in each of his last two games.
The one against Bradford last weekend was particularly memorable, and his team-mate Butler, a former Sheffield United player, feels an obligation to keep him hungry and wanting to impress.
He told The Doncaster Free Press: “As players in the dressing room at Cantley Park, we just try to keep him focused. He’s a honest player and he works hard.
“Sometimes you have to give him a kick up the backside. But if you kick him up the backside and he goes out and does what he did at Bradford then I’ll kick him up the backside every night.”
It might only be League One, but scoring 16 goals from out wide is an outstanding return nonetheless and Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa will surely be impressed.
The Whites are in pole position to win Premier League promotion in the coming weeks and it’ll be interesting to see if Bielsa sees a future for him at Elland Road, despite potentially being a top-flight side soon.
Wilks made his United debut in January of 2017, in a shock FA Cup defeat at Sutton United.
