And Surman is expecting a red-hot atmosphere to await at St. James’ Park on Saturday.
“It is another great stadium and the atmosphere is always electric,” Surman said.
“Their fans are so passionate and I am sure we will take a good following so it should be a good atmosphere.”
Newcastle are currently well ahead of Bournemouth in the Premier League standings, and go into the game as favourites.
Benitez’s side may have lost their last match against Burnley, but they have adapted to life back in the Premier League well.
Newcastle are currently in ninth place in the top flight standings, after a bright opening to the campaign.
Bournemouth, meanwhile, have struggled to find a winning formula this term.
Eddie Howe’s side are currently sat in the relegation zone, and need to start finding their top form again sooner rather than later.
