Albert Adomah put the Villans in the lead in the 15th minute, and Daryl Murphy restored parity for the Reds seven minutes into the second half.
The home team picked up all three points from the encounter courtesy of the winning goal from Conor Hourihane on the hour mark.

Bouchalakis started the match and played for 66 minutes, and the 24-year-old midfielder has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the defeat.
The former Greece Under-21 international has expressed his disappointment at the final result, and has promised the fans that he and his teammates will work hard to bounce back.
Forest are 12th in the Championship table at the moment with 12 points from nine matches, three points behind sixth-placed Middlesbrough.
