The West Yorkshire outfit will return to action on Sunday afternoon when they take on Wigan Athletic away from home at the DW Stadium.
It is the Whites’ final Championship game of the season, and Radrizzani wants the team to pick up all three points from the encounter.
Leeds are out of the running for the playoffs, and the fans must be bitterly disappointed with how the season has turned out for them.
The Whites’ performances and results against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Burton Albion and Norwich City were hugely disappointing.
The Elland Road faithful, though, should be confident about next season and must retain hope of winning promotion to the Premier League in the future.
If Garry Monk remains in charge of the first team next season and is backed in the summer transfer window, then Leeds could be in the running for the playoffs again in 2017-18.
