Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has taken to Twitter in order to send a message to fans about the club’s search for a new manager.
The Whites finished seventh in the Championship this past season, a marked improvement on previous seasons as Garry Monk made a real impression at Elland Road.

However, Monk stunned many last month by handing in his resignation, leaving the club after less than a year in the hot seat, despite the club’s attempts to keep him beyond his initial one-year deal.
After going through Brian McDermott, David Hockaday, Darko Milanic, Neil Redfearn, Uwe Rosler and Steve Evans under Massimo Cellino, new sole owner Andrea Radrizzani is now looking for yet another manager to take the reins at Leeds.
Former Middlesbrough manager Aitor Karanka
So far, bookmakers appear unclear on just who could replace Monk; Aitor Karanka, who lost his job with Middlesbrough in March, had been the odds-on favourite for some time, but he is drifting despite the appointment of former Middlesbrough colleague Victor Orta as Leeds’ new director of football.
Other names such as Claudio Ranieri, Juande Ramos and even Alan Pardew have been suggested for the role in recent days, with Leeds taking their time in their search for a new boss.

Now, owner Radrizzani has taken to Twitter this evening to send a message to Leeds fans, claiming that he understands their frustrations that an appointment hasn’t been sealed already.
Radrizzani added that candidates for the job will be interviewed this week, with Leeds willing to be patient in order to get the right man to replace Monk.
