Leeds United have angered a lot of Championship sides in recent times.

Andrea Radrizzani, Owner of Leeds United looks on during the Sky Bet Championship match between Bristol City and Leeds United at Ashton Gate on October 21, 2017 in Bristol, England.

Andrea Radrizzani has perhaps highlighted his frustration over the handling of the ‘Spygate’ saga by ‘liking’ a video on Twitter that shows Leeds fans filming Millwall’s training ground from a public road.

‘Spygate’ will seemingly not go away. The Times reports that 11 Championship sides have sent a collective letter to the EFL looking for an in-depth inquiry after Marcelo Bielsa confirmed that he has sent staff to watch opposition training sessions, with every club being observed at some stage along the way this season.

Unsurprisingly, Leeds supporters cannot wait for the whole saga to reach a conclusion so they can get back to concentrating on their promotion push in the second tier.

However, there is also a lot of frustration amongst the Elland Road faithful, as – although it is probably not the most sporting tactic to watch opponents train – it is not entirely clear which rule the club have broken with their scouting methods. Many are wondering whether the uproar is only so great because of Leeds’ position in the table.

Marcelo Bielsa the head coach

One of the teams to have signed the letter, according to The Times, is Millwall. And they are also a club that one Leeds fan has used as a case study to prove how remarkable the backlash has been.

The fan has posted a video on Twitter showing how easy it is to watch the Lions train from a public road. And his video has since been ‘liked’ by Whites owner Radrizzani on social media – perhaps highlighting that he is growing as tired of the situation as the rest of the supporters.
