Leeds United’s Andrea Radrizzani expects to take full control of the club imminently.

Leeds United co-owner Andrea Radrizzani has told Corriere Della Sera that he expects to take full control of the club in the next fortnight.
The Whites have endured a turbulent time under Massimo Cellino’s ownership, as since he took charge of the club in 2014, Leeds have sacked six managers.
Brian McDermott, David Hockaday, Darko Milanic, Neil Redfearn, Uwe Rosler and Steve Evans have all been moved on by ‘The Manager Eater’ in the last three years, with Garry Monk already Leeds’ longest-serving manager under Cellino at almost a year.
Amid off-field controversies, fans have regularly campaigned against Cellino, urging him to leave the club, and he sold 50% of his stake to fellow Italian Andrea Radrizzani in January.

The media mogul has been expected to take full control of Leeds this summer, and that appears to be drawing ever closer.
Speaking to Corriere Della Sera, Radrizzani has claimed that within ten days – or a maximum of two weeks – Leeds will be 100% his, as he will purchase Cellino’s remaining 50%.
Recent speculation has suggested that Cellino will move on from Leeds and return to Italy, purchasing Serie B side Brescia – and Radrizzani has even commented on those rumours.

Radrizzani has admitted that the contact with Brescia are real, but it wouldn’t surprise him if Cellino actually took an extended break away from football after such a stressful time at Elland Road.
“Within 10 days, a maximum of two weeks, Leeds will be 100% mine,” said Radrizzani. “The contacts with Brescia exist, but do not be surprised if Max wants to take a sabbatical without football,” he added.
