Richarlison played alongside Gray at Watford last season.

Watford striker Andre Gray has taken to Twitter to applaud Everton attacker Richarlison after a video emerged on social media of the Brazilian making a young fan’s day by giving him his shirt after full time.
Richarlison shined on his competitive debut for Everton following his £50million move to Goodison Park from Gray’s Watford, scoring both of Everton’s goals as they drew 2-2 with newly-promoted Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Wolves fought back thanks largely to an inspired performance from midfielder Ruben Neves, who scored an excellent free-kick before setting up new signing Raul Jimenez with a superb cross.
After the match, Richarlison made a young Everton fan’s dream by giving him his shirt, with a video of the moment doing the rounds on Twitter and Gray reacted to his former teammate’s gesture by Tweeting: “The beautiful game.”
Doubts have surrounded Richarlison since his big-money move, with many asking why Everton have splashed out a club-record figure to land the former Fluminense attacker after scoring just five league goals last season.
But he has silenced those with two well-taken goals against Wolves, and will be looking to add to that tally when Everton play host to Southampton on Saturday at Goodison Park.
