Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want Barcelona-owned Everton midfielder Andre Gomes.

Andre Gomes has been playing well for Everton this season, and there is no surprise that Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want to secure the services of the Barcelona-owned central midfielder in the summer transfer window.
According to The Telegraph, Tottenham want to sign Gomes from Barcelona this summer and are willing to pay as much as £30 million in transfer fees.
Everton manager Marco Silva has suggested to The Telegraph that he wants to keep the Portugal international at Goodison Park next season.
Gomes is very popular among the Everton fans, but the former Valencia star would be better off at Tottenham.
Spurs are a bigger and more ambitious club than Everton, and the North London outfit are also regulars in the Champions League and compete for the Premier League title.

Leaving Everton for Tottenham would be a step-up for Gomes, who would flourish in the Spurs midfield playing under manager Mauricio Pochettino.
At 25, Gomes is at the perfect age to take a new step in his career and move forward, and if Tottenham make an offer for him in the summer transfer window, then he should take it.
