Glasgow Rangers fans at Ibrox have made a positive impression on Anders Dreyer.
Ibrox Stadium of Rangers
Rangers got the better of St. Mirren 4-0 at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership in February 2019.
Jamies Tavernier scored twice, and Jermain Defoe and Ryan Kent found the net once each for Steven Gerrard’s side.
Dreyer started the match for St. Mirren and played for the entire 90 minutes, and the 21-year-old Danish winger was impressed with the Rangers fans at Ibrox.
Dreyer told Tipsbladet: “There were a lot more fans at Rangers (than we get in Denmark). I think there was 50,000, so it is clearly something different.
“You want to play every weekend in front of so many fans, it does that to you. It is the type of feeling you have because it is so cool.”

St. Mirren spell
Dreyer joined St. Mirren on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion in the January transfer window until the end of the 2018-19 season.
According to WhoScored, the Denmark Under-21 international winger made eight starts and two substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership for the Buddies, scoring one goal in the process.
The 21-year-old winger has return to his parent club Brighton in the Premier League, and he will be looking to break into the Seagulls’ first team next season.
