QPR are due to take on the likes of Norwich, Sheffield Wednesday and Hull in their final five matches.

With Queens Park Rangers’ season coming to a rather insipid end, we try and predict the results of their run-in.

Reading (Away) – Defeat

Reading should be buoyed by the appointment of Paul Clement going into this match, and that makes them a bigger threat than they once might have been.

The Royals need the points badly, and will surely be confident of grabbing the victory.

Norwich City (Home) – Win

A general view inside the ground prior to the Barclays Premier League match between Norwich City and Sunderland at Carrow Road on April 16, 2016 in Norwich, England.

QPR have managed to avoid defeat in their last two matches at Loftus Road, and a victory against Norwich looks a real possibility.

Hull City (Away) – Win

Hull have been abject throughout much of the campaign, and QPR have proven that scoring goals isn’t a problem for them over recent weeks.

Ian Holloway’s side could punish Hull’s lack of defensive stability in this match.

Sheffield Wednesday (Home) – Draw

A general view as fans begin arriving at Hillsborough ahead of the The Emirates FA Cup Fifth Round between Sheffield Wednesday and Swansea City at Hillsborough on February 17, 2018 in...

Wednesday have become something of the draw specialists in the Championship, and it wouldn’t be at all surprising to see this one end all square.

Preston North End (Home) – Defeat

Preston have arguably been the biggest surprise package in the Championship this season, and Alex Neil’s side will want the three points to strengthen their play off bid.

Overall: Seven points

QPR have a fairly inviting run of fixtures, which means that they could finish the season strongly, which would give the R’s supporters something to be optimistic about for next term.
