Queens Park Rangers lost 3-2 to West Bromwich Albion this week.

Queens Park Rangers endured their sixth successive defeat in the Championship on Tuesday night, and Amit Bhatia has given his thoughts after the 3-2 defeat to West Bromwich Albion.
The QPR chairman turned to Twitter and apologised to the R’s faithful, after another late defeat leaves the west Londoners perched in 18th position.
Rangers were chasing the game as early as the fifth minute when Jefferson Montero put the Baggies in front but Luke Freeman fired the R’s level ten minutes before the break.
Jacob Murphy restored West Brom’s lead on the hour but Rangers fought back again, Tomer Hemed scoring from the spot with 15 minutes remaining.

Jake Livermore ensured the points would return to the West Midlands with a last-gasp winner, leaving the R’s supporters and Bhatia agonising over another defeat.
It is looking fairly bleak for the Hoops presently and, with games against Middlesbrough and Leeds United coming up, it is hard to see where the next point will come from.

Manager Steve McClaren will need to pick the players up and go again on Saturday, and a much-needed win at the Riverside will do the R’s and Bhatia the world of good. Here is the chairman’s reaction to the West Brom loss:
