Rangers got the better of Millwall 2-1 away from home at The Den in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Nahki Wells was the star of the show for Mark Warburton’s side, as the 29-year-old forward – on loan from Premier League club Burnley – scored both the goals for the visiting team.

QPR chairman Bhatia has taken to Twitter to revel in his side’s win against Millwall and has praised Well sand 29-year-old central defender Toni Leistner, and so has ex-Rangers forward Rodney Marsh.

The win against Millwall means that Rangers are now fifth in the Championship table with 16 points from eight matches.

QPR are doing better than expected at the moment, and credit must be given to manager Warburton for the positive results.

It is still going to be tough for Rangers to clinch a Championship playoff spot this season, but there is no doubt that the London club have made a strong start to the season.
