Leeds have taken Kamil Miazek on trial.

Leeds United have taken Polish goalkeeper Kamil Miazek on trial.
Leeds scout Jakub Bokiej released the news yesterday, with the former Feyenoord stopper attempting to earn a deal at Elland Road.
Miazek is a talented stopper who joined Feyenoord at just 16, before leaving to head back to Poland to play regular first team football.
He most recently played for Polish second division side Chojniczanka Chojnice.
The 21-year-old has previously admitted his desire is to emulate former Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, who signed for Juventus this summer.
Miazek was impressed by Szczesny’s willingness to move abroad at an early age and establish himself, and he attempted to do the same at Feyenoord.

Speaking upon joining the club five years ago, Miazek said, quoted by SoccerNews: “I do not prefer a particular club, it’s all big clubs.
“It’s especially important for me to go to a club where I can do well. I’m determined to go abroad. If there’s a big chance then you have to take it. I want to follow in the footsteps of Wojciech Szczęsny.”
These quotes may be five years old but they are every bit as applicable today to Miazek as he begins his Leeds trial.
This is a big opportunity for him, and one he needs to seize.
