Even UEFA seem to be keen to spread the word about the talents of Arsenal youngster Miguel Azeez.
Azeez may have only played seven minutes for Arsenal’s first-team to date, but talk is quickly spreading about his talents.
The 18-year-old has looked a class above in their development squad this season, and is now a regular member of first-team training.
There is a feeling that it is now only a matter of time before Mikel Arteta promotes Azeez into his starting line-up.
And Arsenal fans were happy to see the Europa League singling out their prospect before tonight’s tie against Slavia Prague in the competition.
Whether Azeez will feature against Slavia tonight remains to be seen, but it looks unlikely.
Although the youngster has been in senior training all week, and may be named on the bench, the game is very pressurised and Arteta is unlikely to risk such an unproven player.
Azeez may get his Premier League chance before the end of the season though, especially if Arsenal do need to rest players in domestic competition and focus on their European adventure.
Arsenal go into the second leg of tonight’s game against Slavia having drawn 1-1 at the Emirates Stadium last time out.
