Destiny Udogie has played his final game for Udinese and now believes he is ‘ready’ to play for Tottenham Hotspur.
Udinese talent Destiny Udogie will finally start his Tottenham Hotspur career this summer and he sounds raring to go.
Tottenham fans have had plenty of reasons to slam the club’s recruitment in recent years.
Spurs did strike an impressive deal last summer though by snapping up Udogie from Udinese.
Tottenham struck a deal worth £15million rising to £18million for Udogie last summer before loaning him back to Udinese.
Tottenham were able to get in early and sign Udogie before other clubs joined the race for his signature this summer.
The loan back also allowed Udogie to continue playing regularly for Udinese, continuing his development before heading to North London.
All in all, this looks like one of the savvier Tottenham moves in recent times and the hope is that Udogie can live up to the hype.

Destiny Udogie ready for Tottenham move
The 20-year-old has turned out 33 times in Serie A this season, bagging three goals and four assists.
Hailed as an ‘amazing player’ by teammate Lazar Samardzic, Udogie has impressed as a wing back but his role may now need to change under Ange Postecoglou.
The imminent Spurs boss has used his left backs infield to aid build-up play, so Udogie may need to alter his game a little.
Udogie has now commented on his imminent move having featured in his final game for Udinese.
Udogie played the full 90 minutes for Udinese as they lost 1-0 to Juventus on the final day of the Serie A season.
The Spurs youngster has now offered a goodbye message to Udinese as he gears up for his move to North London.
Speaking to Udinese’s official website, Udogie thanked the club for their support during his time with the club.
Udogie added that he is now ready for the Premier League, already looking ahead to joining the Tottenham squad.
“We all wanted the win and to end the season with a positive result in front of our fans. This is football – it’s a real shame,” said Udogie.
“I have to thank the club so much for having invested and believed in me during these two seasons. All I want to say is thank you. I knew my qualities, I just wanted to express them and Udinese gave me this great chance. I am ready for the future and for the Premier League,” he added.
