Some West Ham fans on social media have been raving over the performance of Said Benrahma against Burnley on Monday evening.
West Ham have had a remarkable season so far, but their performance against the Clarets may have been their best of the campaign.
The London outfit were utterly dominant as they ran away 3-0 winners, and in a game they absolutely controlled, Benrahma was able to showcase his mercurial talent.
The winger hasn’t had the best of debut seasons at West Ham, struggling to cope with the speed and quality of the Premier League, but against Burnley he was able to show exactly what he’s about.
Anyone who watched the Algerian at Brentford knows how good he can be, and he showcased that on Monday, making a mockery of the Burnley backline.
Fingers crossed Benrahma can build on this performance and play a key part in the Hammers’ late-season push for a place in the top four.
