Harry Kane will represent Tottenham in the Champions League for the first time in his career next season.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has explained to the club’s official website how he feels his side can have a big impact on next season’s Champions League.
Spurs ended the season in third position, despite somewhat of a meltdown in their final four games, but Kane told Spurs’ official Twitter account how he is confident of success in next season’s premier European competition:
“The Champions League is special, everyone gets excited. The music, we’ll be walking out, seeing all that, taking it in, it will be great. But look, we’re not there just to be fans of the Champions League, we’re there to make an impact.”

The 22-year-old was in sparkling form for Spurs during this past season, scoring 25 league goals and winning the Golden Boot award.
Champions League football will be an even higher stage for the prolific young striker to showcase his ability, and Tottenham fans will be hoping he can help them go a step further than their Champions League quarter-final appearance in 2009, under then boss Harry Redknapp.
Mauricio Pochettino has transformed this current crop of players into a formidable outfit, and their progression now will depend heavily on how they response to the disappointing end to last season.
