Tottenham Hotspur pair Ben Davies and Kyle Walker have spoken to Spurs’ official Twitter account regarding the possibility of facing each other at the European Championships in France this month.
Ben Davies already has 19 caps for Wales at the age of 23
At the tender age of 23, Davies has already made 19 appearances for Wales, and he is likely to start in France. With Walker playing at right-back and Davies at left-back, the two are likely to be in direct opposition, and the Welshman told Tottenham’s official Twitter account of the excitement he feels at the prospect of facing so many of his teammates this summer.
England’s Kyle Walker is in direct competition with Liverpool’s Nathaniel Clyne for the starting spot at right-back.
Out of the Three Lions previous seven fixtures, the Tottenham man has started four games, while Clyne has registered three starts. Walker spoke to Spurs’ official Twitter account about the prospect of lining up against Davies at the Euros:
