The 21-year-old has had to endure a stop-start introduction to his Premier League career since his move to the Gunners two years ago, making just 20 league starts.
It is unlikely that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger would consider selling Chambers, with the former Saints man’s potential still considered to be of a level where he could become one of the league’s best defenders.
