Manchester City’s Samir Nasri
Popular bookmakers SkyBet have made Everton 6/1 second favourites in the race to sign Manchester City play-maker Samir Nasri.
With Sky Sports reporting that the Citizens are prepared to listen to offers for the 29-year-old Frenchman, there will be many of Europe’s top clubs interested in signing the former Arsenal man.
Samir Nasri is reportedly available
SkyBet list Italian giants AC Milan as favourites in the race to sign Nasri at 5/1 with their rivals Inter Milan joint second on the list with Everton.
Nasri would be a fantastic addition to Ronald Koeman’s side, should they manage to beat the likes of Milan in the chase for his signature.
He would provide the Merseyside club with that extra bit of quality and creativity in the middle of the park which they have lacked over recent seasons.
Manchester City’s Samir Nasri in action
The Frenchman has failed to establish himself as a consistent starter at the Etihad Stadium since his £24 million move from Arsenal in the August 2011. This is highlighted by his tally of just 99 league starts in the five years he has spent with the club.
With the Koeman era well underway at Goodison Park, a signing in the mould of Nasri could have the potential to elevate them to an even higher level, and in turn help the Dutchman bring success back to the club.
Will Ronald Koeman consider a move for Nasri?
