First up is news that the Foxes are considering an approach for Sevilla midfielder Steven Nzonzi, according to the Telegraph.

The report claims that Leicester could be prepared to meet the former Stoke City star’s release clause of £25 million.

The 27-year-old’s imposing physique would bring something extra to the Leicester midfield, should a move come to fruition.

Further to the news of Leicester’s rumoured interest in N’Zonzi, Foxes boss Claudio Ranieri spoke to talkSPORT to confirm the speculation.

Meanwhile, reported Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Danny Drinkwater has joined Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy in committing his long-term future to Leicester after signing a new five-year contract, as confirmed by the Foxes’ official website.

The Monaco defender has one international cap to his name with the Democratic Republic of Congo, and has spent the last two seasons on loan at Ligue 1 side Toulouse.

And finally, Leicester have not given up their hopes of bringing Juventus midfielder Mario Lemina to the King Power Stadium, according to TransferMarketWeb.

The report claims that the Turin outfit would expect a fee of around €20 million (£17.1 million) for the Gabon international.
