Mario Balotelli completed his move from Liverpool to Nice on transfer deadline day.

In an interview with French Radio station RMC, former France international striker Christophe Dugarry offered his opinion on Mario Balotelli, claiming that the Italian could have left it too late to salvage his career, reported via beIN SPORTS.
Balotelli joined French side Nice on transfer deadline day on a free, after the 26-year-old former Manchester City striker had failed to impress during his time at Anfield.

Dugarry told RMC how he feels it could be too late in the Italian’s career for him to change his attitude, reported via beIN SPORTS:
“You know if the guy returns to his level he will perform. But this kid does not light on all floors (lacks intelligence). I think it’s already too late.”
Although Balotelli’s talent is unquestionable, he has made more of an impression off of the pitch than on it throughout his career, with both Jose Mourinho and former Kop legend Steven Gerrard describing him as unmanageable.
Dugarry went on to compare the enigmatic Italian with another controversial figure in French football – Hatem Ben Arfa:

“Balotelli? Next to him, Ben Arfa is a choirboy.”
Only time will tell if Dugarry’s words turn out to be vindicated, but surely Balotelli now realises this is the last chance saloon for him, and if he is to reach his full potential, he must commit himself fully both on the training pitch and on match days.
