The Arsenal boss offered his thoughts on the Premier League title race.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has offered his opinion on the upcoming Premier League title race, when speaking to Sky Sports News HQ (Broadcast 7:00am Aug 10).
The Gunners finished second in the table last term, and their fans will be expecting to go one better this season, even if that expectation is bred more from hope than genuine belief.
Wenger, however, feels that two sides will hold a key advantage in the title race this season, and explained the reasons behind his thinking when speaking to Sky Sports News HQ.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp
“Yes they (Chelsea & Liverpool) are not in the Europa League so that will be an advantage for them,” he said. “It’s very difficult to predict and is one of the problems in the modern Premier League, who expected Leicester to be champions last season? Nobody. Today you have to take into account seven or eight teams who can win it.”
In the 2013/14 season, Liverpool proved what can be achieved without the added pressures and strains of European football when they finished second in the Premier League, missing out on the title by only two points.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte
Antonio Conte already has a fantastic squad to his disposal at Chelsea, and that combined with the lack of European football should equate to a sustained title challenge from the Blues.
With only three weeks remaining until the transfer window slams shut, Wenger must ensure he is active in the market, and that he strengthens his side accordingly, in order for Arsenal to have any chance at all of claiming their fourth Premier League crown under the Frenchman.
