Luciano Becchio has reacted to Leeds United’s shock victory over Manchester City this afternoon.

Against all odds, Leeds rocked up to the Etihad and left with a 2-1 victory.

Not only are Manchester City almost certainly going to win the Premier League title this season, but Marcelo Bielsa’s side had 10 men for precisely half the game following a red card for Liam Cooper on 45 minutes.

At that point, United were 1-0 ahead thanks to a goal minutes earlier from Stuart Dallas.

Their lead was good for much of the second half but Ferran Torres equalised on 76 minutes, though Bielsa’s side can never be discounted in spite of a numerical disadvantage and Dallas scored again in injury time to seal a proper smash-and-grab victory.

Here’s how Leeds legend Becchio reacted to the win on Twitter:

Becchio is referencing the red card for Cooper, the Whites’ captain.

And although it was a controversial decision, nobody affiliated at the club will care at this moment in time due to the fact that they somehow wound up winning the game.
