FC Barcelona have reportedly already held discussions with Leeds United star Raphinha and his agent Deco ahead of the summer transfer window.
Fabrizio Romano took to Twitter to issue the transfer bombshell, with the Brazilian international a target for multiple clubs following an incredible season with the Yorkshire club in the Premier League.
As well as Barcelona, both Chelsea and Liverpool are interested in Raphinha, who this season has scored nine goals and assisted three in the English top-flight, and with Leeds in the relegation battle, there is a potential bargain on the cards this summer.
Should the Whites drop back down to the Championship, Jesse Marsch’s side could be forced to offload Raphinha for cheap, and with Barcelona ‘already discussed’ a potential move with the winger and his agent, the La Liga side appear the favourites for the attacker.
With Leeds setting a £50m price tag for Raphinha as per the Mirror, the Elland Road side could be set for a huge payday this summer regardless of what happens to their Premier League status, with Barcelona already in talks for the 25-year-old ahead of the summer window.
Indeed, Raphinha’s importance for Leeds cannot be understated, with the Marcelo Bielsa signing lighting up English football since his arrival in 2020, which is what makes it a worry for the club that Barcelona are stepping up their efforts to sign the attacker.
Leeds are facing a losing battle with Barcelona in talks with Raphinha

As things currently stand, Leeds are facing a momentous task in trying to keep Raphinha this summer, with Barcelona and other clubs eager to sign the wide player at the end of this campaign.
The Brazilian is ready for a leap in football, and with Leeds set for a low finish regardless of their league status next season, Raphinha looks more likely than ever to depart Elland Road with Barcelona in talks with the player and his agent ahead of the summer.
