Sources have told HITC Football that Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is someone who Arsenal are big fans of, but as it stands, it doesn’t look like they will be putting in any sort of bid for the Leicester City star.
Upon hearing the news that Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall could be sold this month, it left Ally McCoist shocked as he described it as a ‘strange’ one, as he told talkSPORT.
Following relegation from the Premier League last season, Leicester have steamrolled the Championship and it’s a matter of when they get promoted, not if.
As of this moment, the Midlands side hold a ten-point lead over second-placed Ipswich Town, but most importantly, they are 11 clear of third-placed Southampton.
Given that Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is coming back up, it left Ally McCoist surprised that there is talk of him leaving before Thursday’s cut-off point – Here is all you need to know about when the winter transfer window slams shut.

“That’s a strange one,” said McCoist. “Why would Leicester let Dewsbury-Hall go?”
Jeff Stelling responded: “I honestly don’t know – he’s a really top player. 25. Just approaching his peak. He would be a great buy for someone.”
“If you are Leicester absolutely no way you are selling him, at this point.”
